Every single side is damage and the emblem is ripped off. I don’t even know how you decide to deliver something in this condition. Insane. Now I’m waiting on them to exchange it 4 days from now when I needed it today. I asked for $100.00back and we would call it good and they didn’t even consider it. Absolutely no sense of urgency or any amount of empathy to correct the situation.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
