Gavin was our Sales Associate today and he did an excellent job assisting us with our furniture needs! We loved the selection and quality! We made choices and can’t wait for the delivery! He gave us a very good price on the stools and he spent close to 15 minutes after the sale removing some sticky glue gunk from a label that had been attached to the wood on one of the stools. He helped us carry the stools to our car and was very friendly and great to work with the entire time. A+ in customer service!!

When attempting to find resolution with the staff at this location, the customer service response has been essentially nonexistent. We have called multiple times attempting to get an answer on when we might receive the missing cushion but have only been told, “I’ll check on that and let you know if I hear anything.” We’ve been waiting for a month and half since the couch has been delivered and still not heard anything of substance. All-in-all, a pretty disappointing experience. Would not recommend ordering from here if you can help it.

She even helped us with a tape measure (which we forgot at home) & to take out the leaf of the table. Our daughter is in a power chair and we needed a table & chairs perfect for her and we are so happy we found it at Furniture Row!! Thank you!!!
