    I appreciate the range of products they carry but when I told an employee (? Manger?) the parking lot is completely unlit and so dark in the stalls as to not feel safe- they said they know & there’s been a maintenance ticket in FOR WEEKS!!! If this is auto be handled by a property management company or maintenance firm they should be ashamed of themselves, as should At Home for not forcing prioritization of the issue. I was not so worried for myself but lots of young women come shop here in the evening & they be able to park somewhere lit. I saw (barely due to the lack of lighting) a family with young children. Kids are notoriously bad at staying by their adult in parking lots. I would hate for an avoidable situation to arise when they just need to reprogram the time the lights come on. The nothing we can do attitude gave this a 2 star.

    I like this place. The prices are usually too much but there's a lot of stuff to browse so I go here to look around a lot. Usually the checkout is bad because they have one or two people working and there will be customers with carts full of things.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
