Our shop hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm and Emergency lock out service from 5:00pm until 11:30 pm we also open on weekends for emergency calls from 8:00 am to 11:30pm! On Wild Card Weekend, right in the middle of the Eagles game against the 49ers, we found ourselves in a serious bind when the med cart key was lost. Our residents needed their medications, and there was no time to waste. We called Lock Mobile, and I can honestly say they are an exceptionally well-run company. Their team literally left their watch party and time with family to come out and help us during an emergency. That level of dedication, professionalism, and compassion is rare. They recognized their mistake and hopefully won’t happen again. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 No Show, No Answer, No Call On 10-9-2025 about 5 pm my remote quit working. My pickup was running with my dog inside. Lockmobile was the first locksmith that came up and was really close. I called and told them the situation and gave them info. They said would be right over. Hour later I called, no answer. I tried to call again later, no answer and left voicemail that I was still sitting there waiting. I ended up calling Accelerated Truck and Tire from Grand Island. He came out as fast as he could. He just got home and said would eat dinner and be on the way. It was after 7 at this point. My call to Lockmobile was right at 5:00. Lockmobile 👎🏼 no show, no answer, no call back Accelerated Truck and Tire ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
