  I sent my out of town daughter there in an emergency expecting they would work with her but they were very rude, and not at all helpful, holding up a lint brush as an alternative. I guess if you’re the only one in town you can do what you want. I was embarrassed to have suggested them and will not give them anymore of my business.

  Horrible customer service the owner is so rude and has absolutely the worst customer service I would never suggest anyone to do any business here ever!

  We have gone to Modern Cleaners for a number of years now, and we have always been pleased with their cleaning expertise. I trust their advice in cleaning. So glad we have them here in Kearney!

  When I went to drop off my items, I was not with the owner and specified how I’d wanted my 2 shirts to be laundered. However, when I picked up my garments, I was met with the owner who was exceptionally rude and delivered me my shirts that were not done correctly. I didn’t even want to argue with him out of fear that I wouldn’t get my clothes back, which were for a special occasion! Would never recommend!

  I checked in clothes on Friday and was told they would be done Wednesday. They were not done Wednesday when I stopped. The owner was extremely snarky, condescending, and rude, blamed employees for the mistake when he was the one I spoke with when the clothes were dropped off, never apologized and did not offer any resolutions. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this business solely based on the owner's lack of professionalism and common courtesy.
