However, when I picked up my garments, I was met with the owner who was exceptionally rude and delivered me my shirts that were not done correctly. I didn’t even want to argue with him out of fear that I wouldn’t get my clothes back, which were for a special occasion! Would never recommend!

- DDDJApr 5, 20221.0If you like zero customer service this is the place for you!!! We love to stay local as much as possible but this place is a joke. The owner was extremely rude to my wife when dropping off some clothes and picking up a wedding dress. We have been patient with them due to covid, getting the wedding dress over 2 years later was not a big deal. Telling my wife that some dog hair on our clothes is super annoying is also not what upset me, but being over the top rude about it even when she said she would lint roll them herself and bring them back. This guy has been the poster child for how not to do customer service. I recommend not even trying this place with a pair of socks but if you want an experience give them a shot, it will for sure be an experience I guarantee!
