  We purchased two recliners. Loved what we saw in the store and special ordered the chairs covered in a fabric of our choice. We ordered in September of 2023 and didn’t receive them until February 2024. The chairs came to us in fabric that we didn’t choose and they don’t fit us like the one in the store that we tried and liked enough to special order. The owners wouldn’t listen to our complaints and refused to acknowledge our concerns. We have two very expensive chairs in our house that are not even used. They are now in our basement. Heads up…..we would never recommend doing business with Yoder’s.

  We purchased a Hickory kitchen table and 6 chairs December 2024. Received everything early March 2025. Everything looked and worked great. Chairs were ordered with swivels. During Thanksgiving 2025 our son noticed several light yellow/brown spots ranging from about 1/8” to .25” in diameter. If the spots were there when received we did not notice. They are most noticeable with the sun lighting the area at an angle. There are 20-30 spots in 2 areas on the table. The spots appeared between the mat in the center of the table and the mat on each end. We sent pictures to Yoders in Greenwood Ne. I told them the spots are under the clear finish on the table and will not simply buff off. It appears that either the spots happened to get sprayed on before the clear coat or resins in the wood worked to the surface? The people who apply the finish stated that couldn’t have been caused by them. They were placing the blame on me even though the spots can’t be buffed off without removing the clear coat. Bottom line, they are not going to even come look at it or help us. I use to do our own custom cabinets and have applied many types of finish until recently becoming disabled by back problems. We were greatly disappointed they wouldn’t even come look at it. We are a 20 minute drive.

  The table and chairs that we ordered are beautiful and of extremely high quality. Roger and his staff are awesome to work with and have been willing to go the extra mile for us!
