I get a letter with one month to go stating they are increasing my rent to DOUBLE. Yep, a 100% increase. I will be paying one more month and then looking elsewhere. BE AWARE and make sure to pay/extend your contract TWO months before your contract ends. Maybe then you will beat them to the increase. Very disappointing because Craig is the best and the facility is so clean and a convenient location. I know this is out of his hands.
