- SRShawn RainNov 6, 20251.0They accepted three months worth of rent from me for storage units that I later found to been sold by auction the week prior. Refused to refund or return the money. continue to sell off tenant property and I have video evidence to prove that they continue to charge disposal fees and monthly rent for units that they sold at auction but they also were the high (likely only)bidder at their own private auction. They unlawfully acquire tenant property and sell the items on Facebook marketplace. If any proof or information is needed of this, I’ll be happy to share with anyone who doesn’t believe or has similar experiences with them.
