    Employees need more training on delivery policies and procedures. Due to a lack in training, a delivery could not be completed on the expected day and the customer ultimately decided to pick up which in this weather is very inconvenient. Thank you!

    Horrible and I mean horrible business! Would not honor the ticket price on the item we bought! It was their mistake and we got charged an extra $157 dollars!! Why would a big business not honor the sticker price!! BAD BUSINESS ALL Around!! We’ll be taking our business elsewhere! 🙄

    We had such a wonderful experience working along side with Warren in designing a custom bathroom vanity. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and helped us create the perfect plan for the space. We truly appreciated the expertise and attention to detail. I have to be honest, the only reason we didn’t end up placing the order with Lowes was because of the pricing. Even with a black friday discount, the 3 competitor prices in Grand Forks was significantly lower. So significant, it could not be ignored. It had nothing to do with the service — your assistance was outstanding. 100% recommended Warren to other friends and family and will continue to do so.

    Rented a carpet shampooer and it was broken, wasted a whole bottle of my own solution and simply asked for a refund after we went back twice for an exchange and they simply said they couldn’t give me a refund. Go to Home Depot, not Lowe’s. They give you your money back!
