The GM is a game changer from their previous managers, got a bed room set and a washer dryer set at a great deal! Their penny down deals are helpful for starting the agreements and if you don't like what they have in store they are kind enough to show what they have online and order it on the spot for you! Would highly recommend them over rent a center or rent all. Especially with how quickly the turn around time is on delivery and set up!

Had delay in our payment due to mail forwarding and unplanned death in the family which made money pretty tight went in to talk to them to explain our situation, the manager immediately said this gone on too long and she went and got the sales person who originally helped me and they both started scorning me like i was a 5 year old child in trouble. Told them im not doing this and walked out told them to pick up stuff before i go to work the next day. The way they acted was totally unprofessional i will never return to aarons again

They call all your references twice a day. Then they start harassing you at home. They show up (usually at dinnertime) to harass and threaten, not work out a payment option. They threaten and belittle. It's quite sad. After we return this tv because we don't wanna pay 2500 for a 600 dollar TV I would own nothing and rummage sale before going back to them. lol

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
