They didn't attempt to find the right house and rescheduled it to a different day without our knowledge. Been sitting by the window for 3 hours thinking they were going to show up. Called to speak to a manager about fixing the problem they said manager was on "lunch break" until 530 pm. Linda the manager made a point to say "I was home anyway". No I wasn't home anyway. I have a 4 year old special needs child. We could have been doing anything besides sitting and waiting at the door. She didn't call back like she said. Instead they sent an automated voice message that gave us a window the next day in which my son has therapies and I would not be at home. She gave attitude, and said there was little to nothing she could actually do. What is the point of having managers that can't really do anything?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
