My dad and I have each bought a snowblower from Lowes this year in october. Wanted to get one in stock and assembled. My Dads came with the throttle completely messed up and was exchanged. I just used mine for the 2nd time and THE TIRE SEPARATED FROM THE RIM!!. Since I'm past my 30days I am no longer able to get this fixed through them.2nd use!! I dont know if its their poor assembly people or Toro's gone to hell. The gentleman in customer service was of no help. 2Faulty snowblowers in 2 purchases ,no wonder they were a big sale item. Avoid Toro and Lowes

Bought two things online because it said they do curbside or indoor pickup. I wanted to do curbside. So I added those items to my cart, went to go checkout, and there was no option to select curbside or pickup. All it asked for was my payment. Once I paid, I thought it would prompt for curbside or indoor pickup but, it didn’t give me any of those options. I have a little baby and didn’t want to bring him out in negative temps to pick up something inside since they offer curbside. So after I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup, I called the store and said I couldn’t choose curbside but that’s what I’d prefer. I told her I tried changing it through the email but all it would show me was the tracking update. The lady on the phone was super nice and said it was no problem, and to call when I would be leaving. Some time had passed and as I was leaving my home I called the store and spoke to someone else. Told them the situation above and said I was on my way. I asked if I need to call the store again once I got there and they said I could or just wait a bit as they’d keep an eye out for my car (gave them my description). I pulled up to the curbside spots and waited a bit. Nobody came out so I called to let them know that I was there (this time through the automated system). A lady came out the store and impatiently said, “You chose the wrong option and were supposed to come into the store and not curbside.” I explained that I called the store because I didn’t have that option online and asked to get it switched to curbside. So, I asked if the app would work better and if it would actually gave me the option to select curbside, and she said yes. I didn’t appreciate how the lady outside spoke to me and just assumed I selected in store pickup when I did not, it chose for me. Please look into this so someone else doesn’t run into this issue. Super frustrating and time consuming on my part. In the future I hope that employee has a little more patience and more understanding. Rating 3 stars because of this.

Taking 2 weeks waiting for install of washer/dryer because of incompetent staff while machines sit in the basement disconnected. Installers literally had to use phone app for language translation and could not finish performing their job without consulting a plumber. Having to take laundry to laundromat all this time is costing way too much money and time but they don't care at all once the sale has been made. Nothing but excuses, discourteous and unprofessional behavior from this location.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
