    Beware of Lowe’s. We purchased a four piece appliance set Black Friday from Lowe’s in Bismarck. We got an initial delivery date of December 11th. We cleared our kitchen of appliances and waited for the delivery. No one showed up. The next day my husband went on a wild goose chase to find we were rescheduled for the 13th. The 13th came and went, again clearing the kitchen making room and we received crickets from Lowe’s. We followed up with them yet again and we were told we would have them delivered the 20th. On the 17th my husband went to pick up the microwave brought it home to find out it’s damaged. On the 20th we were delivered a stove a dishwasher and a fridge that wouldn’t not leak water all over. We were a scheduled to have our fridge delivered on the 23rd. The fridge we got was not the one we ordered. In fact it was 25% smaller than the fridge we purchased and had some sort of iPad in the door. The delivery drivers with Lowe’s left the fridge here and told us Lowe’s would be in contact with us after Christmas. Christmas came and went. New years came and went. CRICKETS. We are trying to figure out how make things right. We now have a warranty for a fridge we do not have and contacting the “store manager” with Lowe’s is about as difficult as making an appointment with H&R Block middle of tax season. After hearing nothing back corporate called our local store to try to get answers for us. Finally our local Lowe’s refuses to take the hit and want us to pay the difference in the fridges. I refused to do so, so they are attempting yet another delivery this Saturday and with take the wrong fridge back. This process has been nothing shy of a nightmare with zero communication, little professionalism coming only for floor associates who have their hands tied. I would recommend going anywhere before working with Lowe’s again. Two thumbs down.

    So mad. went to lowe’s today and bought a curtain rod i thought was just so cute with little diamonds on the end. tell me why i open the box and one of the diamonds is literally not attached to the rod. i’m like omg ok i guess i’ll drive back to lowe’s from mandan. Ok so then i go back to lowe’s and you will never believe what happened. I returned the first one and i bought another in the same style and tell me why i drive all the way back home open the box Just to have the same thing happen again.i am honestly so disappointed and inconvenienced by this i have been mad all day. Now i have to glue it back on bc I’ll be damned if i drive back to lowe’s one more time. for a 60 dollar curtain you’ve gotta be kidding me.

    I placed an online order for an impact driver, specifically utilizing the website's promise of a 1-hour pickup window. After nearly three hours had passed without receiving a notification, I went to the Bismarck, ND, store to check on the order's status. Upon arrival, staff informed me that they did have the item in stock, but one was reserved for another customer and the only other unit available was a display model that they refused to sell. I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the discrepancy between the online availability and the in-store reality, as well as the extended wait time. The manager declined to come out and speak with me directly about the issue. The experience was frustrating due to the inaccurate inventory information online, the failure to fulfill the order within the promised timeframe, and the lack of management support when issues arose.

    Horrible experience Lowe's is so disorganized no one know what they are doing. They have things on display say they have item available then go on and say they have no items to give after paying. No initiativenot even from the manager to try and help with online purchases for the same item.

    I bought a house plant from the indoors garden section. Once I got in my car I realized that the plant was covered in cat urine and smelled awful. I had to throw it away.
