I highly recommend Willow Creek and especially Sophia who walked me through the showroom, patiently answered all of my questions and sold me the vent free gas logs that I love. Also highly recommend my installers Dylan Shook and Ethan Cutshall for their professional installation, friendliness, and patience.
Excellent experience buying new Jacuzzi spa. Very responsive to my calls and delightful people. We had a challenging installation and removal of an old tub and they were up to the task.

Whitney was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I walked into the showroom, she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping me find the right Jacuzzi for my needs. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. After the sale, she followed up promptly and even did a full walk-through to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that I was comfortable using all the features. When we decided to install our Jacuzzi, we thought it would be a want, not a need. But it’s turned out to be one of the best investments we’ve ever made.
My husband had a serious accident in 2022 and had been taking ibuprofen daily just to manage his pain. Since the Jacuzzi was installed, he rarely needs pain medication. I’ve also noticed incredible improvements in my own health — my arthritis pain has eased, and I’m finally sleeping soundly through the night.
The team at Willow Creek has been amazing. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, kind, and always available to help or guide us.

tl;dr choose a company that will either pay better attention to details or stand by their word.
I received an invoice that was at the high end of what my contractor told me to expect, but I wanted to support a local business. Four days before installation I got an invoice that was 25% !!! more than anticipated because they said they forgot something on the original. Feeling over the barrel because of all the other teams scheduled around this installation (drywall, roof, etc), I was compelled to negotiate a compromise, but then the final bill was still more than we had agreed to. This time they threw my contractor under the bus.
I can't remember the last time I had a less transparent experience with something that should have been so straight forward.
