However, during my visit last Friday, I was assisted by Miss Dajah, who was equally phenomenal, especially after an unpleasant experience at Aaron's. Living 20 minutes away, my husband and I were hesitant, but Miss Dajah's assistance over the phone convinced us to return. Once there, we shopped, made our choices, and were attended to by Jerome, the manager on duty. Though initially stern, a little conversation revealed him to be quite decent. The delivery guys, including Ty(Ty the Man), were great, and even the other guy with him which as bald headed to give a description who had seemed attitudinal in the past was much improved. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase and expect to return once it's paid in full. Despite saying many times that I wouldn't be back, as Mr. Clayton always joked, "never say never!" If you're looking for reasonable items and superior customer service, I highly recommend them – a far better choice than Badcock in my opinion.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
