    Needed to blow 20 bags of insulation in the attic. They will loan you the blower if you purchase 10 or more bags. The guys at the pro Desk are always super helpful. The whole process was quite simple.

    Would give 0 stars if possible, last night I purchased a DeWalt side impact, DeWalt 12v battery along with a kobalt tool set with the purchase totalling $392.66, this morning I started to use the tools on a personal project; I soon found myself going to my old tool box constantly for sizes this new tool set didn't have, I also found myself being forced to wear ear plugs due to the extremely loud DeWalt side impact. So with the fact I've been shopping at this Lowes since it was first built; I had no hesitation to go and return the tools so I could find tools that were better suited to me; I would soon find out that the lady that works returns at night is super judgemental along with the floor manager Brian. They denied my return due to the tools being "filthy" I'm guessing for whatever reason Brian felt the need to take it upon himself and assume I used the tools for what I needed then just wanted to return them to get the cash back, little did he realize I own and operate a towing company as well as a mobile mechanic company here in Winston Salem and have absolutely no reason to return something when I'm done with it as if I was a drug addict. I asked Brian if he could print me something off or write down the reason for denying me return;he then proceeded to ignore me as if I was just a fly on the wall while I thought he was doing the professional thing and getting me the proof so I patiently waited, Instead I was being ignored by the FLOOR MANAGER BRIAN right in my face, I've never dealt with such disrespect from a manager in my entire 28 years of living. Not sure who hired this guy but I'm pretty sure my issue is a tiny percent of the actual problem he is within this store. Brian was extremely rude, judgemental and unprofessional. wouldn't even give me the original contents that came inside the DeWalt box nor would he tape the kobalt box back up like it was when I brought it in. Ultimately he didn't allow the return causing me to waste my time as well as gas for absolutely no reason at 7:30 at night. they don't stand behind the tools they sell and I'm now being forced to keep tools I absolutely will not be using because they are both GARBAGE quality! I'm extremely unhappy and will making sure all future purchases are at a different Lowes location or maybe I just won't be returning to any of the lowes hardware stores at all.
