Whenever you don't need assistance there are 10 associates asking if you need anything. When you do need someone no one is around. there are no call buttons to call anyone. there should be a call button on every damn aisle.

Usually have good experiences at this location with service and associates. However, recent visits have been irritating. Purchased paint samples during BOGO Rewards Members Deal promotion only to realize when I got home that I was charged for both on the 2 visits that day. For some reason, even though I paid cash, the only way I can get reimbursed, is to wait for a check in the mail! Now, I'm realizing that the 2 cans of paints I bought in 3 days apart from each other, but using the same color swatch, are not the same color! Of course, this is more obvious now that it's on the walls.
