They ask what you are looking for, steer you to options, then leave you alone to THINK> When you think you MIGHT have found something, they help you with fabric swatches, take down your info and DO NOT high pressure sales you. I was in on Saturday, went home to think about it, ordered on Tuesday, called Wednesday to adjust my order; they were great. I love being able to pick the fabric i want to blend the colors in the room. The quality of La Z Boy upholstered furniture is exceptional, making it worth the price. The white sofa i bought 12 years ago looks new, thanks to the fabric protection. We have been buying La Z Boy for over 30 years.
