- JLJulie Lyons6 days ago1.0Mom bought an electric recliner from La-Z-Boy in Winston Salem (2025) In Less than 6 months it stopped working. When called they gave her an appointment for a technician to come out a month later and threatened that if she were to not keep the appointment then it would go against her warranty. A day before the appointment, the technician sends message that he was sick and not able to come to the appointment. So she called them the next day and has to wait another month for a technician to come for another appointment. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service. Very disappointed in La-Z-Boy.

Sales Lead John Kenedy was an excelent professional with deep product knowledge including of items manufactured over decades. He was patient, thorough and extremely adept. Overall an exceptional experience when planning for large and long-term furnishing purchases.
