A while ago I had purchased two gallons of paint. The guy at the paint counter missed most of the yellow pigment causing the paints to not match. I take it back and the lady working uses the dried paint on the correct can to “color match” instead of the formula for the color we had originally picked. It also doesn’t match! I called and Val at customer service who said it couldn’t be returned as it was past the thirty day window and when I asked for a manager Shane informed me he was going to offer to help but I’d already told him Smithfield locating was very kind and willing to help fix their very expensive and time consuming mistakes and he didn’t feel the need to offer help at “his store”. Save yourself the hassle of correcting their mistakes and avoid this store.

Staff here are friendly and helpful. The one guy even came back to me when I was about to leave and asked if I had time for him to get a lift platform. On account of the item I was looking for was put into top shelf storage. In my opinion he didn't have to go out of his way, but I say thank you.

The stores like any other Lowe's too much crap put me out push carts around but they have the best group of those employees of any Lowe's I've been in in the last 20 years keep up the good work guys customer service does matter

We just recently bought a house in Wilson that is in serious need of a face lift. Lowe's had quite the selection of flooring. I will say that the selections were very mislabeled. Some things we fell in love with only to find they were nearly double the price they were listed under. So great selection just extra check the pricing before you set your heart on anything.
