Justin answered my call, I told him the issue I was having with my roll down hurricane shutter, he took my information and was at my house by Wednesday afternoon. He fixed the issue with the shutter quickly and even put a new handle on the old shutter crank which was much needed. Justin was reliable, honest, and operated with integrity. His customer service was second to none!! I highly recommend Port City Hurricane Shutters and I will definitely be a returning customer!
