Not only did they pick up the table, but they delivered it when the repair was completed. They understood the sentimental value of my table and definitely exceeded my expectations with their service.

The work looks fine, as far as I can see inside the crate, but the customer service and communication between the husband and wife team is atrocious. It ended up costing us an extra $300 that they were unwilling to change. They also replaced fabric I specifically asked them NOT to replace. The wife does not communicate any information to her husband. So if you decide to go with this company, get everything in writing with a detailed list of repairs and speak with Curtis when doing so. Only do scheduling with his wife as no information is passed from one to the other. I honestly wish I could go back and hire someone else.
