  I’ve been on the hunt for the wine called vampire and they had 2 different types of it there!!! For like almost a whole year!!!! And boom it was there!!! They had all different types of food there!!!! I would definitely go back if they always carried vampire!! I opened up the wine at my aunts dinner party and shared a glass with her mmmmm I can’t wait to get a few extra bottles

  This store has so much stuff that I want and my kids like the candy and baking stuff from other countries.

  So disappointed. The physical store itself is generally great, however the online customer service is severely lacking. I had placed an order at the beginning of December using a birthday discount code and even received a confirmation email, but 9 days later I had yet to receive a shipping email. When I reached out to customer service inquiring about my order they informed me that shortly after I had placed my order (beginning of December,) their system cancelled it. No email was ever sent to me informing me of this so I was left waiting around for the shipping email. When asked if I would like to reorder my items I said yes but noted that I was concerned my items would not arrive in time for Christmas as they were intended as Christmas gifts for family. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and that is where their "help" ended. So essentially I would have to re order my items at a higher price (since the birthday discount code only works one time) and I would have to pay extra for expedited shipping in order for the gifts to arrive on time for Christmas....just disappointing.

  I have always enjoyed, especially around the holidays, purchasing the unique chocolates and baked cookies and cakes. However my recent purchases created embarrassment and disappointment as all the chocolates were melted together into a big blob and the lace cookies were spoiled and smelled rancid. Almost everything had to be thrown away. I will no longer be relying on World Market for whimsical gifts and stocking stuffers.

  I had ordered and paid for an item on line to pick up in the store. When I went to pick it up at the designated spot, I was told I would have to wait in the very long line of customers checking out. Very disappointed. I will try to pick it up another day.
