I’m currently trying to get the 4 hour delivery window that was agreed to upon purchase and getting the run around. They’ve had a week to prepare this, I have text and emails stating I’ll get a 4 hour window today and every employee and manager I speak with is telling me that they don’t provide a 4 hour delivery window, it’ll show up sometime between 8:00-8:00. Looks like this Lowe’s is off the list now too.

Lowe's sublets installs from Heaton Construction out of Roanoke Rapids which absolutely destroyed cabinet for a simple microwave install. The microwave was the same make just a updated model but the installer thought it was a good idea to drill multiple new holes in my custom cabinets when there was a existing hole for the power cord. After a month of back and forth with Lowes "customer service" and Heaton construction the cabinet was finally repaired as good as their manager could. I will never purchase from Lowes again, they have no control over the installers and offered $200 bucks for the inconvenience. Absolutely could care less about the customer experience.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
