I was sold a broken brand new dryer for $700. They serviced it twice and its still not working. Since its over 7 days they wont send another tech I have to go thru the warranty company which also sucks. Ive waited a week for an appt with Wilmington Smart care. No one answers the phone there, then on the day of the appt they rescheduled me. I cant even reach anyone. I swear, the bigger the company the bigger the let down. I got the set brand so I wouldnt have this trouble. Lowes will sell you broken product then make sure they run out that 7 day clock so its no longer their problem. Horrible customer service. Never shopping at Lowes again. I wish I could return this crap.

I had such an awful experience at this store. The employees were so incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. The website was down and I was not able to access my military discount, which wasn’t a big deal to me but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. They refused to help me and told me they didn’t really care. I finally got it figured out on my own, and went to check out. Then when I got to the register my license wouldn’t scan, I showed the employee that it wasn’t working and she rolled her eyes at me for asking for help and said it was my issue and insulted my intelligence, and then when it also didn’t work for her she walked away and said there was nothing she could do and that I was doing something wrong, or the computer wasn’t going to work. And then refused to help. I ended up just accepting my loss and leaving the store on the verge of tears. I would NEVER go back to this store, they are so demeaning and rude and not military friendly AT ALL!!

Ever since Lowe’s updated their checkout procedures we keep having a hard time using LRAs to check out with pro services. We can usually get a manager to help but now they don’t even bother helping.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
