    way too argumentative, unfriendly and unhelpful. they argue with you even when you are in the right and when you prove to them that they were wrong, instead of apologizing and accepting it they just turn on you

    Abysmal experience even describing this as customer service is a gross overstatement as services paid for weren’t rendered and items purchased were never received. Called this location I made the purchase from ($1500 washer/dryer and installation) to try and get assistance and the store manager here refused to speak to me. Lowe’s also does not mention anywhere when purchasing that they now use a third party delivery service which is their excuse for why after purchase they will do absolutely nothing to help you including providing you with the delivery contact.
