Brought it back and the lady behind the customer service desk was extremely rude and refused return because the box was open. I asked for a manager. Some she asks some guy walking by to help. He comes over and tells me he’s the store manager( almost positive he’s lying). No talk no nothing , tells me to call Kolbat and get a return authorization. Umm Kolbalt is made by Lowe’s. Makes absolutely no sense and tells me it’s a biohazard issue. No the issue is the quality of them item being sold. O remorse from anyone there and I’ll never be back. Calling corporate to report this as well. Follow up , called customer care and they forwarded me to the real general manager. Someone answered and I asked if this was a manager. The person said uhhhhhh and hung up. I tried ti resolve this with the store and this is how I’m treated. Avoid Lowe’s and shop at Home Depot right next store , this experience has been an absolute joke.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
