- JHJean HallNov 19, 20251.0What a disappointing and unexpected experience. As new pool owners, we were told to head to Leslie’s for some friendly help/advice on getting our chemicals started. However, we got exactly the opposite. The gentlemen that was working on Saturday could not have been more disinterested in helping us, he was condescending, and actually laughed at my questions. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that store again. It is a no star rating - (there’s one star here because I had to.) I found a friendly face at Hampstead Pools instead.

Michael has been helpful and nice but the manager and another associate have been really disinterested and unhelpful. Don’t buy a robotic cleaner here, don’t buy salt here, don’t buy anything here. Until corporate steps in and offers support with adequate staffing and an emphasis on customer service, find another source for pool supplies. I have contacted corporate but that isn’t solving my repair issue that should have been fixed and I have not been offered a loaner for the inconvenience.
