He was pleasant and very determined to make us happy! Francesca is an excellent designer. She incorporated pieces that we had, including a very colorful and patterned Persian rug, and found leather and fabric that looked beautiful with our chairs. She even found a cocktail table that beautifully complements our existing end tables, which saved us from having to buy new ones. Thank you for offering this free design service and for having a low-pressure, customer-oriented sales staff. We will highly recommend La-Z-Boy!

All that was completed in an orderly timeframe. My only disappointment is high cost of delivery fee for two pieces - an idea is to offer it included in total price of items if delivery needs to be paid extra. Nick was great to work with. Store is clean and bright.

Elijah greeted us and helped us find the right fit. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and listened to what WE wanted. Many times you get pressure into buying something more expensive or what you don't want. Not so with Elijah. He respected us and our decision. As a young man starting out in retail, he has the type of personality that will enable him to be a great asset to the company. Thank you, Elijah!!

I honestly put off La-Z-Boy because I just figured they would be priced too high. I found a love seat and 3 chairs, on sale, that I could pick the fabric on, at a price comparable to other stores! Delivery was smooth and within the time frame I was told. Christian was our sales person and was incredibly helpful and not pushy! Next time I am in need, I think I will start with La-Z-Boy.
