We worked with Joseph, a sales associate at La-Z-Boy and he was very wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand our style and needs and explained all of our options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Joseph also told us about La-Z-Boys in-house licensed decorator who will come to your home and help with furniture, design and coordination, which was such a great bonus and really set them apart from other stores we visited. The whole experience was welcoming, professional, and stress-free. We’re very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Joseph, Ellen, and the La-Z-Boy team to anyone furnishing their home.
- JHJohn HochreiterJan 3, 20262.0Very disappointed in our new furniture. The swivel chairs make a loud crunching sound each time you sit down. On one chair the arm is 1inch thinner than the other. Very noticeable when you sit facing the chair. Plus, the chair is crooked at 8 3/4” on the L/S and 8 1/8” on the R/S relative to the ground. The recliners are supposed to be wall huggers with a promised 3 to 4 inches needed for wall clearance. Bare minimum is 10 1/2”-11”, a foot would be better. Finally, they put the remote on the R/S arm and it was supposed to be on the opposite so it doesn’t show. Not a happy camper after spending so much $ on this furniture. We have had La-Z-Boy furniture for years and it has always been high quality, until now. La-Z-Boy appears to be a mere shadow of its former self.
