    My husband and I were in the process of remodeling our home and needed all new lighting fixtures. After looking at fixtures online, I decided I needed to look at them in person. I was told by a friend that at Ferguson, to insure a one-on-one experience, it would be best to make an appointment, which I did online and was assigned Emily Kinney. When we arrived at our first appointment, we were slightly intimidated at the enormity of our project, but Emily quickly eased our minds. She was wonderful! She listened carefully to what we were looking for and when we had no idea of what we wanted, she made excellent suggestions. Her temperament was perfect for us. She is warm, has great taste, is easy going and never gave up until she found just the right options for us. It took us about three appointments to get our choices made. We even picked out all our kitchen and bathroom hardware. We are so thankful for Emily! Ferguson is very fortunate to have her! She made our experience 5 star! As we enjoy our beautiful lighting, we will remember Emily and our pleasant experience in picking it all out.

    These days, is it really too much to expect an order to be correct and delivered with out damage? I placed a significantly large order (cost wise) back in June 2024 with the expectations that the delivery would happen on Aug 15. Much to my surprise and disappointment the washer and dryer was delivered damaged (large dents on the sides and back of each piece of equipment). It has been since Aug 15 that I still have not received a replacement for the W/D. There's been no proactive follow up on the Ferguson sales rep's part - where I ask, does the "customer experience" come into play, is it even a mantra within Ferguson. I am big on follow up, and customer excellence. However, I have to write that Ferguson is not a company I will order residential/ home goods ever again. I would not recommend making any purchases if buying for single family home. Perhaps their products and services are more appealing to accommodating builders and the commercial industry. Not necessarily for individual buyers. I only wish the full customer experience I have had were more favorable to share.
