- MMMichael1 day ago5.0Just moved some items into my recently rented storage unit. Ray (could be Rae) was on duty when I first stopped in. She was extremely friendly, gave me a tour of the facility, and let me know which entrance would be the easiest to access my unit. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Place is fairly new, clean and easy to access.

- SOSheri OnealMar 7, 20261.0I rented a climate-controlled unit for one year. The employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful and the facility feels safe. I thought I would be giving a 5 star review, until I moved out of my unit. When I opened the door, I found several things, including 2 archival photo boxes, covered in mold. All of my belongings were in great condition when I moved them in. Not so when I moved out. I have rented climate controlled units from various storage facilities over the years and have never encountered this problem. I don’t know what happened here, but maybe the “climate control” isn’t controlling the climate very well. Be careful if you have valuable items or irreplaceable mementos. I’ve included a few photos as examples.
