- LLLemmySep 13, 20244.0Ok. This is the 3rd visit and was very pleased with Rondell. Since Aptive has taken over so have the spiders. With Hawx i had ants but no spiders. I have still had to spray for ants as well. A few ants I understand, but I sprayed 9 ant beds a week after the second visit. 4 of the ant beds were large, 2 against my fence and the other 2 in the yard. Today September 13, 2024 Rondell explained what he was going to do and took care of it. I will take part of the blame, due to the fact my son was home the first 2 times because I had appointments. But should I have to supervise, not really. You got a 4 today because of Rondell. Last week it would have been a one. So if Rondell could be my guy. I would be very pleased. Thank you Rondell.
