A very polite and professional young man. Every area we asked to be treated was completed, and the pictures show the results. Good company.

A thorough job was done both inside and outside. An area where we had an ant infestation last year was treated to prevent it from reoccurring this year.

A man showed up at my home selling his pest package, I said no- he refused to take no for an answer. He said he needed to take pictures of the property for an estimate, I said okay and as he walked away, I went inside, and locked the door. If I sad no once, I said it a hundred times- everytime I told him no, the price dropped. All the way to $40.00 for the 1st spray and $104.00 for additional visits (monthly) again, I said No! This went on for 10 minutes or more, with me saying no NUMEROUS times.
After he proceeded to walk away to take his pictures, I went inside, once he realized I wasn't standing there with a credit card in hand, he proceeded to walk around my home screaming into the open windows of my house "HELLO" ! I did not answer. 1. I was in the middle of a work meeting when he knocked on the door. 2. I didn't want the service. This man came back at 3pm, less than an hour after leaving on his segway, he again walked around my home knocking on doors and yelling into the windows.
I have left a message with the office- Aptive and their employees are absolutely NOT to come back on my property for any reason- or I will call the police- contrary to popular belief, *NO* is, in fact, a complete sentence. Now, I am publicly stating this company is not allowed to trespass on my property again or I will contact the police. I have video of this behavior, as a woman alone in her home, having a man banging on the door, peeking into windows and yelling hello! made me feel incredibly unsafe.
