- JDJohn DorianDec 30, 20181.0The receptionist is super nice. Aside from her charming personality don't rent a unit here..... It's open 24/7 with no gate. Which would be good. Except when there's trash and mattresses piled up blocking your storage unit. They also rent penske trucks which make it INCREDIBLY dangerous to back out of your storage lot DO NOT ATTEMPT WITH A TRAILER AND NO SPOTTER. Almost got hit twice because cars come around the curve at pretty decent speeds. It's not their fault though they have the right of way. VISIBILITY IS POOR! DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. The price is about 10-20% higher than similar units at surrounding locations. And finally they are stuck in the 1980's they don't digitize their records. All of your personal information [photo copy of drivers license , address, and social security number] are all stored in the facility. One break in and all of our identities can be easily stolen. And since i doubt they keep backup records they will have no way to notify us of the breach. VERY CONCERNING. Over all, Dirty environment makes it difficult to get to your unit with out having to move other peoples dirty items. Poor record keeping practices, and expensive.
