    If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. Your communication is terrible. Tons of excuses on why we aren’t receiving our delivery and the only result is to cancel the order and sign up to become a pro and wait on another delivery🤬. How do you not have any communication with a company that delivers for you? This was the worst experience we have ever had with Lowe’s and if we had a choice we would purchase from Home Depot moving forward. Communication is everything in a company as big as yours, terribly disappointed and frustrated!

    My dad bought a refrigerator at Lowe's and purchased the extended warranty. His refrigerator recently went out. He called Lowe's, asked what do to, and they referred him to a local appliance company. He called the company, they came out and fixed the issue, and charged him $300. When he called to get reimbursed, he was informed that he would NOT be reimbursed because he scheduled his own appointment. Is this the kind of company Lowes has become? In Wilkes county: the home of Lowes, of all places! Either honor your warranty or stop selling fraudulent products! Will be filing a complaint to the consumer production bureau.

    I scheduled for someone to come out to do an estimate for my flooring. The appointment time was to be between 8-12. I had another appointment for my property that morning that I could not change (between 9:30-11). I asked Anthony 12 hours in advance to please contact the later appointments and ask to do them first and then come back to do mine. I stated I was fine with him going to complete later appointments and coming back later in the morning to do mine. He stated we would just play it by ear for the morning of the appointment. Anthony messaged me at 9:27 on the morning of the appointment and I again told him of the time of the other appointment. He said to let him know if they get done early. I texted him at 9:55 to tell him the individual had arrived and was starting her appointment for my property. Anthony did not read this message until he had already pulled into my property and then pushed to do the appointment during the other appointments time. I again asked him if he could not go and complete the other estimates and then come back to get mine done by 12. Anthony refused to do this as he didn’t want to have to travel to the other clients (who were in Boone and blowing rock) and then have to come back to my property (in Purlear (which is only a 15 minute drive down the mountain from Boone)).I again reminded him that my appointment was between 8-12 so he could go and complete the other appointments early and still come back to do mine. Anthony refused again to do this instead asked to come back at 2 to do my measurements (which is outside of my original time). To this, I cancelled the appointment. I find it highly unprofessional that a worker cannot work with a client to make an open appointment time work (especially when there is a 4 hour window to work with). I have also submitted this feedback to Lowe’s through the myLowes app.

    He pays the bills..... Expensive, but blame it on Democrats.... Everyone was nice, but too many.of the young women are talking more than working,,,, 30yrs ago it would have been , UR FIRED,, TALK AFTER work, If ur standing chatting for more than 25sec, ur not doing what u get payed to do, not with a customer, ur fellow employees...
