    The people here are amazing! From the front desk to the loading yard, everyone was incredibly helpful. Stacy, Red, and Braydon went the extra mile to get me loaded up. They even offered tips and ideas for my project. Kimberly in the Garden Dept was as sweet as can be! She even took extra time to just have a conversation instead of quickly moving through us on to the next customer. Daniella at the desk was very attentive to our needs as well. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you everyone for your help!

    Very disappointed with this Lowe’s….last year we bought an oven and we paid $300 extra for a warranty…. One of us dropped a bottle of olive oil on the glass top and the top shattered… we tried to return the oven and spent an hour and a half waiting for a manager and finding no one that could help us…. Finally only to be told by the manager that we needed to contact Samsung which we had to deal with AI… and that was another whole extra frustrating experience… and then finding out they couldn’t help us either… we feel ripped off by Lowe’s.

    They refuse to return or warranty their failed Craftsman products. God as my witness I will convince at least 1000 people personally in person not to buy craftsman products. This will not be the end. $80 orbital sander failed after 2 uses. Teenage staff at the counters were unkind and useless. Lowe’s/Craftsman wants to declare war on the consumer - we can declare war on them. Craftsman is NOT the brand your father/grandfather used. The name was purchased and It is the cheapest possible nonsense. Cannot believe Lowe’s has decided to sell and not stand behind the products.

    I placed a delivery order for a shed build. On the day of delivery, I never got any notice that it wasn’t going to arrive. I even called the store that morning and was told it was “preparing for delivery” and I would get it that day. After waiting over 8 hours into their 12 hour delivery window, someone drove to the store to inquire. The order was never picked and wouldn’t be ready to go that day. We requested a reschedule in store that same day with a 4 hour delivery window which was guaranteed by them in store because of their error. Now, less than 24 hours before our NEW delivery date, they rescheduled it back another 3 more days with no notice or call for explanation. They’ve lost my entire business, I won’t bother with getting quotes from them anymore. I’d rather spend more money for a dependable delivery.

    I recently ordered several sheets of Purple Board for a project. Upon arrival, the product was significantly damaged/broken. I followed standard procedure by refusing the delivery and sending the damaged goods back on the same truck. ​The issue is the total lack of recourse following that rejection. The Lowe’s online portal offers no path to handle a return for a refused delivery, and the local store/customer service line is sporadically answered at best. I am currently in a position where Lowe's has my money and the product, and I have no way to reach a human to process the refund. ​Lowe’s: Please reconcile your delivery logs and process this refund immediately. It shouldn't be this difficult to fix a delivery error
