    We have shopped at Lowes for years. Not sure what is going on but the last few years there is no one on the floor to help in locating products and three times in the past few months I have called to check availability, they say they have the product and when you get there they don't. So many wasted trips. We are also sick of AI taking over when we call, real people please....
