    The three stars are for the people that work there. They are great.The lowes delivery system is the worst I've ever experienced and I used to work for Lowe's and spent 2 years as a delivery coordinator. Beyond the fact that the sell so many things that they don't actually have in stock and they don't tell you that .I had a recent order I had placed for materials that they showed in stock it was made on 10/15 and nine days later they see ent several texts that said my order was being split up but would be delivered the next day that morning they sent me an email saying they couldn't deliver and my order was being pushed back another week because their truck only came to my area on Friday. I'm 10 miles from the store. I've gone to home Depot there getting me the same order in 3 days if you do use this store for any delivery get as much info on it as you can because nothing they say will be true

    It is great to have Lowe’s in Weaverville . However, Recently have been disappointed with things not being in stock. Store was out of Titebond in size and type I needed, out of Bondo wood specific filler and very low supply of some pressure treated sizes. All of the cedar boards were damaged and unusable and had very few in size I needed. I had to go to Home Depot in Asheville to get what I needed. Please do better.

    Review for Lowe’s in Weaverville: I truly hope the managers or corporate team read this review. I consider myself a fair person, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My wife and I spent over three hours trying to get all the items we purchased, and not a single employee offered to help. Corporate needs to take serious action — either retrain the entire staff or reconsider the future of this store. This location needs major improvement in customer service.     The store was selling a restocked 2 pack of water filters in which one had clearly already been used (it was missing the cap and was noticely heavier than it's counterpart). Customer service seemed confused when I didn't want to purchase it. At least it was on clearance for about 5% off right?
