They send you busted and damaged special order cabinets. Try to call in and nobody answers the phone. Take time to go in and nobody's there to help reorder.......... so frustrating. Lowes Weaverville has gone so downhill.

I recently ordered several sheets of Purple Board for a project. Upon arrival, the product was significantly damaged/broken. I followed standard procedure by refusing the delivery and sending the damaged goods back on the same truck. The issue is the total lack of recourse following that rejection. The Lowe’s online portal offers no path to handle a return for a refused delivery, and the local store/customer service line is sporadically answered at best. I am currently in a position where Lowe's has my money and the product, and I have no way to reach a human to process the refund. Lowe’s: Please reconcile your delivery logs and process this refund immediately. It shouldn't be this difficult to fix a delivery error

I spend $250,000+ at Lowe’s every year. The customer service and attention to detail at this store is terrible. Most of the Lowe’s in WNC are great to work with but this store is a disaster. Deliveries are routinely late, communication is incredibly poor and it took months of phone calls to resolve a simple refund issue. My operations manager and project managers will drive to and order from other locations even if it cost our crews valuable time because this store’s pro desk is such a complete dumpster fire. My operations manager is in charge of 150+ employees daily, he’s a very patient and professional individual. After the pro desk hung up on him multiple times we had to contact corporate to have our issues resolved. In 15 years of working together I have never seen him angrier.

Absolute worst service ever. Went to buy flooring, 7:30 am, nobody working in flooring area, nor anyone to be called to that area to get pallet down. Went to customer service desk, she was no help and got an ASM ( my bad, because I did not get his name) who said the flooring could be pulled be the afternoon at 4. Arrived at 4:15, service desk had no clue and finally called manager who said they had heard about it, but didn't know what happened, or if it got pulled. 3 people in the am expected me to wait 30 minutes for an employee, 8 hours later, item still not pulled. Service was horrible.

I noticed this Lowe's is using Flock Safety license plate readers at the entrance. Beyond the privacy concerns of being tracked, these cameras have been flagged by cybersecurity researchers for serious security vulnerabilities. Recent reports showed that dozens of these cameras were left wide open on the internet without even needing a password to access the footage. Furthermore, stolen police logins are being used to access this data because the company didn't require basic multi-factor authentication (MFA). I don’t feel safe shopping here knowing my vehicle's location and patterns are being fed into a system that is so easily compromised. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
