- LRLil Rizo6 days ago1.0Had a very bad experience at checkout when I went for the first time to this location for the Christmas sale. As we got in line, my special needs kid stranded off to the toys they have next to the registers, I was maybe a foot away from my cart and there wasn’t any one behind me so I wasn’t in the way or anything. However, the large sized man yelled MAAM, can you stand over here? I was embarrassed. My special needs kiddo then got upset so my mom offered to go to the car with them and I offered to pay for her cart. I stayed behind with my other kiddo. As we were in line, the large man again told me to go to another register now, which the cashier looked at me and shook her head, as in she didn’t want to attend me. He then proceeded to move me to another register yet again, which it’s the Christmas sale so obviously I have a lot of stuff. The cashier was very passive aggressive as well, I understand it’s a hectic day but it just made things difficult for everyone. I felt embarrassed and i don’t think you should refuse to attend customers, and the large man needs to take a chill pill.
