They were already on their way! When they arrived they refused to hook up the ice maker. And then refused to switch the door because it was opening the opposite way needed. They left the packaging material. Also- we paid for an ice maker hose that wasn't even left after they didn't hook up the ice maker. Will NOT be purchasing from this Lowe’s again.
