    Extra Space Storage is the top choice in its field. Both the facility and the website are clean and well organized. Customer service is superior; if you have a question, you can get it answered promptly by exceptionally friendly staff. The manager, David, is knowledgeable and transparent. Physical gates sync with the app without issue. I don’t just believe my stuff is safe with Extra Space in Waxhaw. I know it is.
