    I am now into week 3 in trying to get a gift card resolution. My husband tried to use the gift card when making a purchase. When the cashier scraped the back for the pin code, it obliterated the actual code - he was directed to the service desk. The service desk directed him to phone # on the back of the card. After 50 mins of playing round robin with their automated number (you needed the PIN # to get connected which I obviously didn't have) and no options to speak to a live person. I then went back to the store and asked for the manager. A very kind lady said she could assist me, that she would have to request a replacement through their corporate office and that it usually takes about 2 weeks. Yesterday I went to the store and she was not in, the other gal at the desk said she was only one that could help me (1st lady). Rather than another long drive, I attempted to call the store today to verify if she is in - you guessed it, no option to speak to a live person. You have to give a reason for your call (asking for a person isn't a reason) and as soon as the AI attendant heard "gift card" they then connected me to the round robin phone I had encountered initially. This is NOT customer service (couldn't find anyplace on their website to send an email, etc). And why isn't the store manager empowered to offer a gift card swap. At the present moment, my take on this is that they have stolen $100 from me, and a call the sheriff is the next step I am considering. Wish me luck!

    I've only ever delivered here. But I just say they are fast, very polite and overall great people to deal with.

    I just went in the Lowe's today and bought $27 of paint and supplies when I went to go check out the lady. Come out of the backroom very rude and said I need to check that receipt in a hateful tone like I've already stole something before she even knew if I stole anything or not. She looked at receipt which I wasn't legally obligated to give her but I did just to show Her. I'm not a thief and she gave me no apology or anything. So I went back to customer service and returned everything I bought. And she checked nobody else's receipt after me. I stood at that outside. Checkout door and watched her. She never checked anyone receipt. So I believe she was profiling against me. And i'm even thinking about taking legal action out on Lowe's

    I stopped by Lowe’s in Waxhaw for a small backyard project at my cousin house, and the store was almost fully stocked with everything I needed. One of the employees, Brayan, was really helpful he took the time to help me find every item for my project and made the whole trip easy. The store was clean, organized, and decorated beautifully for Christmas, which made the shopping experience even better. It was easy to park and get in and out without any hassle. Overall, great service, friendly staff, and a solid Lowe’s location for home projects.

    No issues with the workers or products, but the management needs to make some changes. I had not been to that store before, so I turned at the first store sign I saw which is at Sunset Hill road. Lowe's has that entrance blocked off so no one can use it. If that's no longer a valid entrance, they need to take down the store sign from that road. it's unnecessarily confusing and makes the drive more difficult for anyone traveling south on Providence due to the road median. When I did get into the parking lot, they have their rental trucks taking up several of the prime parking spots near the store. The trucks create blind spots and make customers have to walk further for no good reason. Overall, this is just bad store management.
