Buyers beware! I purchased an HVAC systems from Lowe's and the installation was done by Lilly Enterprises, LLC. I began to have issues with the heating and cooling and I found out that Lowe's installed the incorrect size. I paid for the unit that was needed for my home and a smaller unit was installed. Lowe's would not take any responsibility for their mistake. Thomas, the assistant manager, told me I should have known how to translate the model numbers. So if you purchase an HVAC system from Lowe's compare the model numbers on your documents to the system and also insure that the system is the correct size for your home.

Today me and my wife went to Lowe’s in Washington. And as far as the the employees to help us find the what we wanted was great. But we we went to check out the lady was very rude for example my wife stated she had a pickup item the lady never acknowledged she heard her so my wife repeated herself when she did the lady in a rude tone I heard you the first time. We had several items a couple was big and we had some small items she told me wife she would have to
go through self checkout for the small items because she didn’t have any bags to put them in. And finally I had a large item that i needed help loading she told my wife the one that helps with that is on lunch and su my wife went and found someone to help me because she didn’t seem to concerned. It will be along time before I go back there.

I needed to purchase a big 4 x 8 sheet of subflooring, and no carts were to be found. The manager personally picked it up, carried it to the register, and helped me load it in my van. Big shout out for the superb customer service.
