    I have visited the Lowe’s Hardware store several times and have had the pleasure of being assisted by a young gentleman named Kwesi. He is an extremely hard worker and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Although he mentioned that he isn’t the boss, he certainly carries himself like a leader. We truly need more staff like him in the garden center. When Kwesi isn’t there, my husband and I will often leave and come back another day because we know that when he is present, we will be well taken care of. We don’t have to lift a finger—he is attentive, helpful, and very polite. Whatever he is being paid, he deserves double. I even offered him a tip, which he kindly declined. I sincerely wish I could give more to show our appreciation. Thank you for such a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again, Mr. Garden!

    I found everything I went for, except the Function Moving bags, they don't carry them anymore but instead made the boxes, plastic wrap and glass packaging that end up in the landfill making those more attractive to use. I was loving the plant selection and great sale on gardening supplies and other storage totes.

    4/10/26 at 6am I go into Lowe's to buy a new microwave. I walk to the appliance section found the microwave that I want. There were 4 or 5 guys seating talking and I didnt want to bother them so when they all started to get up a asked if one of the guys to help me out well you know where this story is going. They looked at me and gave a look no big deal. So one of them started walk over where the microwaves are and the manager showed up and pawned it on him no big deal then a nice lady wearing a red vest came over as well the manager said can you see if we have one and they did and the nice lady and manager said we can help you with it. I took my cart over to were the microwave were and the 4 or 5 guys were standing i. The way and the nice lady in the red vest asked them nicely to move because I have a coustomer coming over her welloneof them turned around and said why do we have to move so I replied back with do we have a problem here . The guy did not say a word so I I walked passed him with my new microwave and saw his name tag he's name is BOB Well bob your made me very pissed off so I and for the manager that helped me in the beginning and I told him how rude he was and not happy and it was the second time me with rude ignorant workers. I tod the manager I deal with people everyday and I have to bit my tongue. Them moral of this review is you don't mess with people?And i'm going to start going to home depot, i'm done with lowe's

    Ms. Laura Goliath was amazing. I traveled from Lowe's in Henderson NC, to Lowe's in Wakeforest NC. Because Kim in Henderson couldn't operate the Levolor cutting machine, then got upset with the customer because she couldn't preform her job, BTW, she's a manager. It's amazing who they select for management positions. Ms. Laura was super professional, kind, friendly and courteous (can't say the same for Kim!). Kim was rude and didn't show any professionalism. Thanks again Ms. Laura!! You're the best!
