    I purchased blinds for our home and purchased one the wrong size. I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. The box was unopened and in excellent condition but because it had passed the 90 day mark I am stuck with a blind that doesn’t fit and will have to repurchase a new one. I was not asking for money back, I simply wanted to exchange it. It’s not like it’s a perishable item or “spoiled”. It had never been opened! Needless to say I won’t be returning to shop at Lowe’s again.

    Love the staff and how friendly they are. The prices are unbeatable. My husband and I needed to get new blinds for a new home and the online prices and install prices were unbeatable from any other location and if you know having to buy blinds for a new property, it’s definitely a pain but they made it very easy in pantry.

    Terrible service. Very disappointing - don’t know what happened to them. We are redoing a bathroom and ordered 10 items to be picked up at store. We assumed we’d be able to pick them all up at the same time. Wrong assumption. As the items came in was notified via email (automated process) that an item was in and had 7 days to pick it up or it would be returned to their inventory. Tried to call them on 3 separate occasions, 1st time on hold for 17 minutes before I hung up. 2nd time on hold over 30 minutes before I hung up. 3rd time over 30 minutes before I hung up. Decided to drive there, picked up what was available. When told that they are not answering their phones they said “oh yea, we have a problem with our phone system, it just sends incoming calls into our hand held devices ”. No mention of it being addressed or when they plan to have it fixed. It’s almost as if they are happy to be having that problem. By now a few additional items had come in so picked them up as well. Finally a toilet came in and all that was left pending was a bath tub. Explained to them that we needed the toilet held until the tub came in so that the two items could be picked up together as we only have a sedan and our contractor was going to pick up both items up at the same time. They wrote a note in the order and assured us it would not be a problem. The automated notifications continued coming about the items going back into stock if not picked up within 7 days. Finally went back to the store (since you can’t speak to them on the phone because they don’t pick up), and arranged for them to deliver the toilet and tub. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday 12/18. Waited home all day and at 5:30 pm drove to the store (since they don’t answer their phones) and after they researched they said they attempted to deliver the previous day, Wednesday 12/17. Their delivery people rang the bell and left when it wasn’t answered. I wasn’t home. BTW, they contract delivery with an outside firm which they DON’T disclose. They tried blaming the delivery company (which is how we found out delivery is outsourced). Reminded them that we contracted with THEM for delivery not a third party. Ended up renting a truck from them to get the toilet and tub home. They did not charge for the truck rental but they did nothing for us throughout this entire transaction. Not interested in improving service which is sorely needed. They must chalk it up as part of doing business. Terrible customer service and experience.

    What a rip off with the Lowes Extended Warranty plan! We purchased a full set of LG kitchen appliances in July of 24 and purchased the LOWES 3 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. LG replaced controls for the stove when still under the 1 year warranty with no issues, they were great....now we have a microwave light that stays dim or does not work at all for days. I filed a claim through the Lowes warranty site, everything scheduled well and a tech through National Platinum Service came and the microwave light was dim, even during cooking. Claim Number: 25001088450 Plan Name: Lowe's Protection Plan He put a cup of water in the microwave and sure enough it was dim and flickering. He did nothing else...he said he would run his findings by the protection plan company. He called back the next day and the claim was denied! They would only repair or replace the part LED control board when the light does not work at all so we would just have to deal with it until that happens. WE paid a ton of money for appliances and a protection plan that LOWES will not honor to repair like it's suppose to work. Anyone else tired of paying high dollar for crappy service and junk equipment.
