They've installed two flock AI surveillance cameras in the parking lot which is a big violation of our privacy under the false pretense of security. I've stopped shopping here until that is fixed.

The gentlemen with dark long hair and glasses was very rude and not willing to help. If you don’t like to help then don’t work in a customer service job.

Some of the most disrespectful employees Im a general contractor and I came here looking for 2 * 6 * 8 pressure treated and a few other things to build these steps for a disabled customer who's a veteran but that's besides the point the point is that I don't know if it was overnight stocking or what it was but I could not find the 2 * 8 so I had to ask an employee well they just brush me off and told me that that wasn't their department and walked away I went to lumber to the cash register to ask someone to call for help and lumber well after looking around and that general area waiting for help 40 minutes or so goes by and of course nobody comes but here's the funny thing workers are walking by and I asked him for help and are telling me that it's not their department departments that they can't help the Lowe's had hardly probably six people working there for the time that I was there so I went ahead and went to home Depot I'm at the point where I've done so much business and put in so much money to Lowe's and put up with cheap products that are overpriced like for instance the Craftsman power tools that are fake knockoffs. I'm at the point where I just want to end my business account and the credit cards

Typical big box store in America. They have employees walking all over the place, but none of them want to help you. They anti-help you. I loaded a whole chainlink fence set up onto 2 carts and not one of multiple employees that walked by asked to assist me. I got the fence in the Garden Section at 6:30 pm, so they had already shut down all of the registers back there. A girl that just walked by me saying "you should be wearing a jacket" instead of thinking to assist me refused to check me out because "the registers are logged off" so I had to take 2 LOADED carts back through the store. The employees see me struggling with the 2 full carts but NO ONE asked to assist me. There was literally fence posts falling off the cart clanking off of the concrete floor yet NO ONE thought to assist me. I then have to make 2 trips through the store aisles where they have merchandise blocking the way everywhere. I finally get to the register with the first cart and there are no workers checking people out. It is just a self checkout, and the young, able bodied, kid overseeing it is texting on his phone. He sees me struggling and I tell him I have to leave this cart here so I can go get the other cart. He just nods his head like he could care less. I have to go back to retrieve the 2nd completely full cart and go through the same obstacle course to get back to the register. I then have to self check out every item for a new chain link fence on my own, then I have to make 2 trips with the 2 carts again to my car. Again, NOT ONE of the many employees walking around asked to assist me. I even told the dope texting on the phone that I will have to come back for the 2nd cart and he said "No Problem Man" and just let me handle it while he stood there.
Welcome to America, where the customers inconvenience the "workers". They think just showing up is an accomplishment and we should all be thanking them. What a World.
Edit: I went back for 8 line posts to match my fence. The website said they have 37 in stock. I got there and there were 0 on the shelf. I went inside to ask for help and the woman looked like I asked her for her 1st born. She then looked at her phone for 10 minutes, said something over the intercom system, and then told me to go back outside in the cold to "wait for someone to come". 10 minutes standing in the cold, and of course no one showed up. I left without purchasing anything.
They gave me this stock reply to appease people reading the reviews. They don't actually plan to do anything.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
