- PPPrepordietryinFeb 22, 20263.0I don't know what it is about a lot of these businesses anymore but they all seem to be going downhill. You can't even do a simple exchange anymore at Lowe's. And then when they refund your money you have to wait a week to get it back. I tried to to exchange a shirt for something else and he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before he started telling me no. Keep in mind when I walked in he was talking to somebody else and the other girl was just leaned up against the counter on her phone. Which is a whole nother review I could do on on how the workers are never there when you need him in that place . I'm going to start voting with my wallet from now on . I can order something online and yes it may take longer but they'll do a return or whatever I ask . My father used to build houses and he absolutely cannot stand shopping at Lowe's. Cheap China made crap and wood that is the worst. So yeah like I said everything's going downhill add all these places. And don't get me started on their Garden section. I have bought several bushes that ended up dying. And yes I do keep the card and follow the directions to the t. They always end up getting some type of growth or something set in. So I guess Lowe's can join the other businesses around Troutman that are lackluster service and products
