The manager was extremely cordial, answered all my questions, and made the whole process simple. The next day when I came back to unload a refrigerator, I happened to be alone. Without hesitation, the manager jumped in to help me get it unloaded. That kind of service is rare. I’m very glad I chose Extra Space Storage over the other options. The team here is friendly, helpful, and honestly feels like family. Highly recommend!

Make sure you get the lock they provide and not a master lock also do t keep valuable there because they don’t have capability to catch anyone on camera . Maybe try an indoor unit company
