On top of that, the “free” key I received ended up getting stuck in my door when I tried to use it. I couldn’t remove it, which forced me to replace the entire doorknob. Because of that issue, I then had to spend even more money to purchase new keys altogether. What was supposed to be a simple, low-cost service turned into a much bigger and more expensive problem. To make matters worse, I tried to report the issue, but I never received a receipt or confirmation number. The system timed out before I could even create a PIN to set up an account, so I had no way to properly follow up or get support. Overall, this was a waste of money and created more inconvenience than anything. I would not recommend.
