Ordering a fridge very easy getting it delivered the first time very easy 2 days after I bought it it stopped working it's taken over a month for them to send out a replacement.The replacement was not acceptable due to a manufacturing error. they didn't deliver it the next day or the day after that. Waited all day no information was updated I was given no communications from the store or thier delivery service. 3 days after the refrigerator and washer were supposed to be delivered. I have nothing. The return process with Lowe's in sylva North Carolina is horrendous. I do not recommend going to Lowe's in Silva. I do not recommend Lowe's at all, to anyone,ever.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
