The forklift operator forks three bags of concrete so they had to unload the pallet, then added six of the the wrong type of concrete back into the count. Then he forks a bag or two loading it onto the trailer. I try and get the aggregate off the trailer so I'm not breaking windshields but the bag is now spilling onto the trailer. They can't count, they add items you didn't order onto the pallet, leave items off the order, then load your trailer with negative tongue weight, then tell you too bad so sad and you have to offload a pallet before you leave to redistribute the weight. Holy crap, I wish I could go somewhere else. I have not had a positive encounter at this location yet. This is absolutely the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. The store is a wreck, there's no way they have any control of their inventory. Seeing a price placard in the lumber dept is a rarity. I had item numbers before I arrived yet couldn't determine if it was the product I looked up because there were no product prices or item tags. The electrical and plumbing shelves are in absolute disarray. Good luck finding any plumbing fittings. I had to search through box after box to arrive at a quantity of two of the same. Ridiculous. Electrical is exactly the same. The store needs a capable inventory control specialist like at other stores. Or at least a once a week person who simply returns the fitting and components to their correct location on the shelf. I've never seen anything like this from Lowe's. I am amazed that any member of management would allow it to get this bad. Absolutely inexcusable.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
