    The associate Angel saw us looking around and approached us to greet us and inquire if we were finding everything we needed—she helped us locate a specialty bulb and also showed us exactly where a small plumbing supply we needed was on another aisle. We appreciated her noticing us and taking the time to locate the items we needed! She was friendly, knowledgable and efficient! We wanted to give her positive feedback but our self check receipt didn’t have a survey at the bottom with an ID code. We were at the Lowe’s in Statesville 12-17-2025 at 11:18am just for reference. Thanks Angel !!

    Took over 30 minutes to get someone on the phone, and once I finally got an answer the people who answered were very rude and uninterested in helping. Not a great experience after buying a $3000+ refrigerator from here.

    I walked into the Statesville store today looking for a few items.One was a grab bar...the box was damaged ,so I started looking around to see if there were anymore. One nice young man, Preston, asked if I needed any help.He not only pulled down more product from top shelf, he also got me pricing on an item in the grill dept. Thanks Preston for your help!
