I got my sofa sleeper delivered today absolutely perfect for my needs!!!… I am so glad that I switched to Rentacenter and so glad I had the opportunity to meet Shannon I highly recommend this place I was already cranky from being fed up with the other company I was with and after speaking with Shannon felt so happy and so secure in my decision with switching over to Rentacenter please give Shannon a raise lol
- ARAshley RobinsonOct 21, 20171.0I really wish there was a way to give this place no stars because they don't even deserve the one that I have given them. When first going to this location we were looking for a washer and dryer. Upon finding a pair that we liked we had to wait for the manager to do the paperwork. Once the paperwork was done we were told that they would be delivered on the following day, the next day it never came when we were told it would arrive. I had to call them and ask them if it was going to be delivered that day and if so when, I was told that they got really busy with other things and that it would be delivered the next day. The next day it was delivered, about four to five months later the timer on the dryer was not working properly. It would end the cycle ten minutes (sometimes less than that) after setting the timer for 45 minutes. We called the store and let them know what was going on with the dryer and the manager said that he would be there the next day to pick it up and leave a replacement for us to use while ours was being "fixed". He never showed up to pick up said dryer but did call to say that they were short handed and that he would be there the following Monday to pick it up. Monday came he picked up the dryer and left a dryer for us to use, but he had the wrong plug and said he would be back the next day with the right plug. It took him three days to come back with the right plug and we had to call and badger him to finally come and hook it up. They kept our dryer for two weeks to "fix" it. When they brought our dryer back there was a note attached to the top of the dryer saying that we needed to have our dryer vent professionally cleaned. the timer still didn't work right, we tried all cycles. We called them and told them we wanted to return the washer and dryer both, then went to rent a center. We purchased a washer and dryer from there and surprise the dryer we got from rent a center works like a dream!!! No problems what so ever!! The timer works and it dries so amazingly. So needless to say I highly suggest you do not go to this place for anything.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
