- NKNick KivettMar 8, 20261.0I parked on the lumber yard side so I could pull up and load my stuff out of the rain. By the time I checked out they closed and locked the doors so I had to carry my stuff and load it in the rain. Time was 7:45

- TBTDRIV BJan 22, 20262.0Bought $450 EGO string trimmer. Got it home and opened the box and it was used even though it was sold as new. The box had been re-taped to look unopened. Also a couple of things missing. Customer service was very helpful and gave a refund o questions. That part was good. Just be sure to inspect boxed items as best as you can.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
