    I called about a product that the app was showing low inventory & spoke to Doug. He was very helpful and assured me that the product would be available when I came in the next morning, literally he promised because I was coming from 45 mins away. That store opens at 6 am & I knew I wasn't going to be there that early. I went the next morning low and behold, it was still there! A man of his word 😆 and then he helped me load it along with AJ. They were the nicest employees & Lowe's is grateful to have them. Thank you Doug & AJ 1000% for all you do!

    This is something I have never had to do but as big of a company this is has to be the worst customer service ever. Had a fence installed back in April this year and in the 6 months I have had a fence put on wrong according to permit, then second time tried to box in the fence failed again, third time installing fence was done correctly. Now I waited the 90 days to stain it and now 4 months later I have white mold on a fence that the wood wasn’t ready and now Lowe’s says they aren’t responsible for wood they installed 4 months ago. Terrible company and never again will I even go there for paint!!! No stars should be a rating

    The staff at Lowes are outstanding individuals. Many have worked corporately for 20+ years. They are smart, competent, & experts in their field. Overall, everyone are great people. Would I tweak a thing or two? Yes. But focusing on a minor negative event vs the BIG picture is not worth the hassle. Thanks Jenny, Anne, Trevor, Mary, Michael, Paul, Terry, Mike, Marko, Ricki, & others! Always remember you are important and needed. All of you have helped me at the Southport Lowes on countless occasions and I sincerely thank you!
