This poor young man was doing so much and running around with his head cut off, and doing well…speaking nice to every customer and just doing really well. Then comes Virginia! O boy! She is the nastiest and unprofessional person in this place. She was yelling about customers orders, constantly talking to this poor guy almost throwing him off, just complaining about managers in that store, just making everything worse. A customer had ordered 5 paint samples, she LOUDLY yells out counting on the screen… 1 2 3 4 5 PAINT SAMPLES OMG HOW MANY DO YOU NEED!!! As the customer is standing right there 🤨 Is there a limit to how many paint samples you can order? Anyways, I’ve seen her in her normal area she usually works and it is just more of the same, nasty, constantly complaining out other workers customers, if you ask her for help WOW does that set her off, we’ve just learned not to ask her for anything lol. She was slamming down paint that was ready and saying very loudly how she’s not even going to try and pronounce these names, then she would try and yell WHAT IS THAT?!! Lowe’s please do something.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
