    I just wanted to share one of the best experiences that I have ever had in the Southern Pines store with an associate named Frank. Frank was beyond kind and most helpful to me. I can't say enough about his kindness. Wonderful.

    DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU CAN INSTALL IT IMMEDIATELY!! AFTER 48HOURS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE!! I am doing a large remodel of my house. About a month and a half ago I was at Lowe’s and saw a dishwasher I liked. Then talked to the sales associate in the area about my concerns with not installing it immediately. Was told Lowe’s has a friendly return policy and that would be no trouble. Fast forward to now and I purchased an above range Micro wave for the remodel. When the microwave box was brought from the storage, there was damage to it. IFast forward to now and I purchased an above range Micro wave for the remodel. When the microwave box was brought from the storage, there was damage to it. I expressed concern about possible damage. The box was opened to see the front door which looked good. I took it home and needed to install it for the counter tops to be measured and installed. Upon installation I noticed damage on the side of the door. I went back to Lowell’s and was told they were out of stock and no date scheduled for next delivery. Sales person recommended I purchase another one and return the other one when possible due to countertop installation. New microwave came in. I picked it up. And remove the other microwave from under the cabinet to return. I want to return today and was told it was supposed to be returned within 48 hours of original purchase. Customer service refused to even try to do anything. Only pointing to their stated policy on the wall. Now I have two microwaves one with damage to the door due to suggestions from Lowe’s staff. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE’S, UNLESS YOU WILL TAKE IT HOME AND INSTALL IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT THE EMPLOYEES TELL YOU!!!

    Love stopping by, but unless you're luck and what you want is in stock and on sale, you might as well buy it online. It is fun to browse the isles occasionally just in case you see something you need or forgot to put on your list. Great staff here and they're super helpful.
