Make sure you check every single tag on the boards when picking them out, they'll try to charge you double for "premium" boards that are mixed in with the basics. I tried to talk to a manager about it but they didn't even come talk to me so here I am. I wish there was another home improvement store close because this place doesn't care anymore. With 2 hours before closing, we received exceptional help from Austin, Mason, and Gabriel in the garden section. They had to get the fork lift, took their time and managed to get a huge pallet of fencing off the top shelf for us. We are very grateful for their help today and not give up on getting the pallet down for us.

I placed an online order and had a problem with it. I called the customer service center and spent 15 minutes with someone who barely spoke english and frustrated me until I had to hang up on her.
I called the store directly to see if they could help solve my problem. The associate that I spoke to was very sympathetic and kind. She then transferred me to the manager, Rick, who was extremely helpful in getting my order corrected. The store associate and Rick were very professional and they regained a happy customer.

Went to get two 4 foot long 2x4s cut in two places. Asked the “guy in the hat” if their saw was in operation. He said yes. When I explained what I needed he said he is the only one in lumber and they don’t cut wood for “projects”. Meanwhile there are two other employees in lumber helping out and he was not doing any work when approached. I stood there confused for a moment and he then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. As if he were any help to begin with. I’ve had wood cut there before about two years ago for a project, a lot more than two pieces. So I left with no wood. I will be going elsewhere for future lumber needs.
